Download title deeds after update, is it immediate or do I have to wait?

Hi,
Two days ago I repayed the mortgage and now I've received the alert of activity from the Land Registry.
If I download the title today will it contain the removal of the charge or do I have to wait a few more days?
The alert reads "activity", not "update".

If it's an alert to notify you that the lender submitted their electronic discharge then it is usually processed in seconds 
If they submitted it in paper or there was an issue with their submission then it won't have been updated yet
You can submit an enquiry online to check and confirm if the discharge has completed electronically - Public guidance: dealing with land and property - GOV.UK

Yes, they have removed the "restriction" from 'section b, proprietorship register".
