Accepted redundancy settlement agreement, am now under investigation. Seek legal advice?

Have you reread the settlement agreement since?  We've no idea what clauses are contained within.

If he didn't receive legal advice then the settlement agreement is not legally binding.

Thank you. Yes, he did receive the recommended legal advice paid for by his company.

He was paid his normal monthly salary yesterday and has been told that any final payment will be made next Friday but he doesn't know at the moment what that will comprise of. Hoping its the statutory payment...
