If he didn't receive legal advice then the settlement agreement is not legally binding.Hoenir said:

Thank you. Yes, he did receive the recommended legal advice paid for by his company.
He was paid his normal monthly salary yesterday and has been told that any final payment will be made next Friday but he doesn't know at the moment what that will comprise of. Hoping its the statutory payment...1
