I always click to receive junk mail but I do have a separate email address just for competitions as I get 300+ emails a day from various competitions I've entered.1 -
The odds of winning one of the instant wins are tiny.
Coupled with the quality of the prizes available, I’ve personally decided they aren’t worth the effort.

Just had a quick look, first time for ages and they now all seem to be the same odds of just over 405,000 to 1 (74x74x74) - the odds used to vary depending on the prize and there were some over a million to 1 but now all the prizes seem low value stuff so if say a winning a £50 kettle with these odds floats you boat then go for it as it's free entry2
