Unsure about instant wins as I don't play them but I have won a few times from their regular competitions. 

 They are safe to browse and enter.
 I always click to receive junk mail but I do have a separate email address just for competitions as I get 300+ emails a day from various competitions I've entered.

The odds of winning one of the instant wins are tiny.

Coupled with the quality of the prizes available, I’ve personally decided they aren’t worth the effort.

asked and answered numerous time in the past - chances of winning are very very remote, sites are legit but these things may be on their way out.

Just had a quick look, first time for ages and they now all seem to be the same odds of just over 405,000 to 1 (74x74x74) - the odds used to vary depending on the prize and there were some over a million to 1 but now all the prizes seem low value stuff so if say a winning a £50 kettle with these odds floats you boat then go for it as it's free entry
