    Thanks @sourcrates that’s actually a really good point and is obvious when you think about it. 

    Do you think I should approach the business debtors in a different way or wait for default and then set up a payment plan as with the personal debt?

    The problem with business creditors is that some of them can make what seem like irrational decisions, such as going to court for a CCJ.

    If these business debts are large, then you need advice on your situation and as @enthusiasticsaver says, it may be sensible to consider bankruptcy or some other form of insolvency in a case where you would not if these were purely consumer debts. Your SOA will clarify a lot of this.
