Has anyone won an Omaze "free" subscription?

I've had an email from Omaze to let me know I've won "a little something".

The email says:

YOU'VE WON!

A FREE SUBSCRIPTION

That means 60 free entries into the Sussex House Draw AND the Early Bird Prize Draw.

However, when I click on "Claim Free Subscription", it takes me to a purchase page for a £10 a month subscription with no way that I can see to get the free bit (it says it's free until the end of June and the current Sussex house draw ends in 5 days).

Has anyone else had this email and figured out how to get the free bit?

Thanks :)

Email customer services and ask for a voucher code instead so you can use it to buy what you want from Omaze. I did that so I could buy a one-off purchase of some Omaze tickets instead of a subscription.

    Thanks @gdmoney

Unfortunately they won't do that for me, their reply was:

Your prize is for an Omaze Subscription Voucher. As such, when redeeming you will be asked to provide payment details as this is a recurring subscription that will renew on the 1st of every month, unless cancelled prior to renewal. Please note you are under no obligation to continue the subuscription and this can be cancelled once it is redeemed.
Please note that Omaze Subscription Vouchers can only be used towards the purchase of a new entry subscription on Omaze.co.uk.
Your Omaze Subscription Voucher will discount your initial subscription order by the value of the Voucher. You are also free to cancel the subscription at any point after redeeming, leaving you with the free entries for the month and ensuring no payments are ever taken from you.

I had this offer about 10 days ago and did what they describe in the last para.
Used the offer to set up a subscription, then cancelled it a few days later (before the 1 July payment is due).
The 60 entries for the Sussex house draw are still shown on my account.

Which is what I'd do if I could remember anything - menopausal brain fog is very very real....!!
I might try setting it up and cancelling it immediately after, but even relying on reminders to trigger me to do something isn't reliable atm.
    Thanks  :)
