I was a local authority carer...10 years ago were privatized..to a community integrated company..thankfully we kept tupe..council are bringing us back in house..I'm assuming the tupe process back..should be straightforward...colleagues on company contracts..should get increase in wages. Good for them..but will surely increase costs for council..which is surprising...as long as it doesn't affect my pension. Terms and conditions

is there a question? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

If on the other hand you've been in some other pension scheme for the last 10 years, you will keep whatever benefits you have built up in that and have the chance to join the LGPS (and the option of transferring in your pension benefits from the last 10 years).Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
