@MyWorldIsOver Looking at it from a landlord's (or Ex-landlord in my case) point of view, bankruptcy would not have automatically prompted me to get rid of a tenant. A new tenant is always a risk, there are legal costs involved in evicting a tenant, there would be a void period and further costs to secure a new tenant. If you are paying the rent on time there is no point in the landlord having the unncessary agro and cost.1
