Mortgage 7 years after DMP finished

We were experiencing financial difficulties and had a joint dmp in 2008, paid religiously until 2019 when we came off the dmp and paid only remaining enforceable debts/debtors - 3 of which we are still paying a small amount to each month.
Our credit records are now excellent, we have no defaults.
We are desperately trying to get a mortgage but my questions are:
1. will our old dmp affect our chances especially as some of the unenforceable debts were left partially unsettled?

We are desperately trying to get a mortgage but my questions are:
1. will our old dmp affect our chances especially as some of the unenforceable debts were left partially unsettled?
2. Also the ones we are still paying off?
3. Should we tell our mortgage broker to avoid applying to lenders who we once owed money to even after all this time and with none of their records still on our credit file?
Thank you in advance

Its a bit of a complex question to answer. Theoretically, if your credit reports are fine you should be ok. However some lenders hold internal records going back much further than 6 years. As an example if any of the accounts in the DMP were with RBS/Natwest/Mint or maybe the old tesco credit cards, you could find Natwest will never give you a mortgage. But the DMP alone will not need to be declared with many lenders, the commitments on the bank statements will need to be declared but they should just be taken as a commitment rather than a bad debt - although this might vary from lender to lender and possibly even underwriter to underwriter.
Tell your broker about the DMP and give him/her a list of any creditors if you have them - just so they can take it into account.
