SMI confusion

Got the SMI form , sent it in...its been more than a month so got an update on the situation.

The smi form goes back to 2013, the pip goes back even more...to late 1990's.
They just said they want proof of the PIP from an older date which I sent..so from the date I backdated the council tax claim.

They also said that I am not on the council tax bill which is odd as I am registered everywhere else, but I don't know... so they just asked me to confirm if I've been there since birth but I don't think that actually makes a difference because two people, which they're on the bill makes the bill maximum anyway.
I have been a carer for my dad many years back and could not work due to this...

because I got wrong information from the DWP, I was claiming UC but NOT the carers element and it actually went to the DWP trinunal and I won... so we got backdated, but obviously they can only backdate a certain amount of months.

any opinions on if they should be OK with the council now because I just wanna get the damn thing out of the way
