    Until a CCJ is issued they have as much power as the milkman does. Just simply return everything not known at this address.

    I would suggest though, if you are getting a lot of mail and potentially house visits, not a bad idea to push them to where the debtor is if you know to save having idiots turn up and try and lie to you about the debt
