Welcome Finance/Coast Finance solutions

Hi
I am looking for some help.
We took out a second charge on our property with Welcome finance, the debt was sold to Coast finance solutions.
We repaid the loan in 2020 and assumed that was the end of it. Unfortunately we didn't get a letter stating the debt had been repaid.
Recently we started to remortgage our property and were informed that there was a second charge still lodged against the property.
We made enquiries and have found out Coast also went into liquidation. Apparently their administrators are Target or Swift.
We have contacted both companies to try and get confirmation that the loan has been satisfied. Neither company has a record of us.
We have tried contacting Coast (they are based in Luxemberg) and they have not responded.
I don't know what to do next? Any advice would be appreciated!

If you have evidence that the loan is paid off ( bank records?), you can get you solicitors to apply to the Land Registry to have the charge removed.0
