Tracking Halifax application

Hi - can anyone advise where I can track a Halifax application - applied through a broker and have the Halifax roll number but can't find the portal anywhere. Thank you

Within the Halifax app, on the bottom menu click Apply, then Mortgages, then My mortgage journey.
