This is still unresolved. I spoke to them again last week, and they said they'd sort it, but I was told that around three weeks ago and nothing happened. At that time, they said it would take 7 days.

I'm still unsure of the following. Should the amount I received on 13th May, show up on my online tax account? There's no mention of it, or the tax I paid on it. The P45 (13th May), was sent to me. I've no idea if they sent it to HMRC, which I would have thought would have been electronic and pretty much instant. Does this matter, or is it normal to not show up until the end of the tax year or something?

When I asked Fidelity, on both phone calls, they didn't know.

Mine showed up in my online tax account within a few weeks maximum. It could have been quicker as I did not look for a while.
I would ask Fidelity ( by written message) to confirm they have definitely informed HMRC about your withdrawal.

I did that many weeks ago. As they like to respond within 48 hours, I got a message back right at the end of the 48 hours, just acknowledging the message and it's being looked into etc. Then nothing happened, which prompted me to call them. Do you think it should actually show in the online tax account? The fact that taxable money was paid, and tax was paid on it? I'm not sure, but I would have thought it should show.
