Welcome to the new official Quidco Questions thread. If you have a question for the Quidco Company Representative account, here’s the place to post it. The previous Quidco thread was started 14 years ago, so we've started fresh with some updated guidelines:

• This thread is for questions about Quidco only.  If you want to discuss other cashback services or discuss other topics, please see other areas of the Forum / start a separate thread if there isn’t one already (for instance, there is another thread for Topcashback)

• Questions should be customer service related and Forum rules still apply.

• Quidco is owned by MoneySavingExpert’s parent company MONY Group. However, MoneySavingExpert is editorially independent from other MONY Group companies (including Quidco). This is enshrined in MSE’s Editorial Code

I'm sure I'm not unique in having problems getting cashback from Quidco's insurance products. I applied for car insurance in March and now home insurance in June via Quidco and despite taking the upmost care and following the guidelines to have a "smooth cashback journey" neither of these have tracked. Trying to raise a claim on the home insurance results in a message "Quidco Compare Home Insurance does not allow raising claims". I cannot recommend using Quidco as in each of these occasions I have lost out on perks which could have been gained elsewhere.  It is one thing if I knew for certain what was causing the issues but the fact that I don't (despite my efforts) it just makes the Quidco site feel somewhat of a money losing risk.

I've had exactly the same with my car insurance, "Quidco Compare CAR Insurance does not allow raising claims".
