No. Generally, generally as both reached/will reach State Pension age after the introduction of the new State Pension on 6th April 2016, there is no inheritance of state pension between spouses when one dies.
The one exception I'm aware of is if he is receiving more that the new State Pension maximum amount, (currently £230.25 ). This would indicate he was receiving a 'protected payment', in which case she would potentially be entitled to half that amount after he died, but only once she reaches State Pension Age herself.
