Nectar points magazine subscription not turned up!

Hi everyone,
I used my nectar points to pay for a subscription to rock sound magazine, as a christmas present for my boyfriend. I applied on 6th November and he still hasn't received anything!
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
I rang the Nectar helpline yesterday. They gave me a number for the despatch centre. But when I rang them they said they didn't deal with mag subscriptions and needed to ring the nectar helpline ......grrrrr. I'll try again later, but can't get through right now. :rolleyes:
