Looking for some advice if possible…moving house…using equity of approx 110k as deposit on new house 265k…joint earnings 90k with £1500 loan and £200 pm. Partners credit file is squeaky clean but mine has some
adverse. 3 defaults all satisfied, most recent registered in 2020. Ccj of £1500 registered in 2020, satisfied in march 2023. Just in the process of contacting brokers but is it possible to give any indication of what sort of interest rates we could be looking at? Thank you

Tricky to say for sure. You could be looking at high street.
But if it falls off the high street I would say around 4.5%-5.8%. There is not really enough information, the devil is in the detail in terms of what the defaults/CCJ was for, when satisfied, when registered etc.
I think the 4.5% is quite likely but wouldnt want to make any guarantees.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
