Future Pensions Service Callback

Does anyone know how long DWP are taking to callback?
I had a text on 7 May acknowledging my request for callback. That was 8 weeks since I had submitted the form so roughly in line with what had been listed on website.
On 19 May I received a call checking my details so that correct record could be prepared.
Since then - 3 weeks now-  have been glued to my phone, concerned about missing the call since I know several people who have and who then find themselves in bureaucratic loop.

Hi Ganny, DWP called me, same as you, checking details on 23 April, but since then nothing....
Since yesterday's spending review I am inclined to think that this is deliberate. We won't get the chance to top up because the overall government spend is astronomical and they cannot afford it.
