Edit: DullGreyGuy has sorted this out for me. I will leave the thread as is in case it helps anyone else.

My wife and I both have identical OPPO A76 phones running Android 13.

We also have a Sony SRS-XB100 portable speaker.

Until recently my wife could use Bluetooth to connect her OPPO A76 phone to the speaker. It used to show under Paired Devices.

It has now disappeared from Paired Devices and it isn't visible under Available Devices either. Restarting the phone makes no difference.

It shows as normal on my OPPO A76.

Suggestions.

Thanks

A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".
