spare a thought for me and others like me - I am pregnant, due in September - I am boiling at night already, its only just April. How I will cope in July/Aug/Sept I do not know. The only way I find to cool down is to sprawl out over as much bed as possible thereby increasing my surface area from which to cool - but with a bump you can't really do this, you have to lie on your side. This is why I am still up at well past midnight, I can't face the thought of going upstairs and feeling all hot. Maybe I will try the cold water bottle LOLJan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

No idea if it really works but we always do it anyway!
I was told to do this by an Energy Saving advisor. With most lofts being well insulated to prevent heat loss in the winter there is no way for the heat to escape in the summer either.
I'm going to try it this summer. When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0 -
