Hi, I want to get an attic conversion but have no idea where to start looking to get reputable tradespeople to do it? I'm im causeway coast and glens area. I'm not originally from the area, and whenever I ask neighbours who they get to do work, it's usually a family member (like an uncle) , who don't do this professionally so I would worry about giving them such a big job. Where do I begin to look for tradesmen? TIA!

Keep asking. I found when I moved here that people who were recommended by neighbours were not available for weeks or months - this is a GOOD THING because it means they have a lot of satisfied customers. The best advice I can offer is not to employ anyone who says they can start next Monday3
