Motonovo - PCP Agreement Arrears

Just looking for some advice or help with my current situation:
I purchased a car from a garage and received finance through Motonovo Finance in 2021. After falling behind with payments, I’ve allowed it to spiral essentially out of control. The garage is now no longer in operation and ceased trading (not that I think that matters?).
Following changing bank accounts, I forgot to update the direct debit instruction with Motonovo and I had only heard from them via SMS regarding money management services they offer for around 2 months following the first couple of missed payments. I’m now sitting at around 38 missed payments, and I haven’t heard a thing from them. No email, letter or phone calls. My agreement remains active.

The last communication I received from them was in December 2024/ January 2025 regarding the interest payout and that they had rebated all interest on my agreement.
The end of my agreement is within the next 10 months.
Just looking to see where I stand and what my options are. I’m not in a position to pay the total amount of arrears (basically the entire cost of the car), and advice/guidance would be much appreciated,
