RBS One account changing to use their app

Hi all,
currently got a One account that is switching to using RBS for app and online banking access. I’ve registered and logged in but can only see the mortgage balance and transactions to the main account - not of the additional pots are visible or usable. Is anyone else going through the change and seen what I must have missed, a guide on how to use the RBS banking system to manage my money as it is currently done.

I am in the same position, the RBS banking app is rubbish, there doesn't seem to be an option for utilizing the facility, the One Account online interface was easy to use and simple to set up an adhoc loan or adjust the period or payment amount, I have looked but can't see where I can manage my borrowings and savings.
I have been looking for a guide but I am either missing it or it just isnt there.

Ditto, I've just got off the phone after 1 hr andc3 minutes getting someone to explain what's happening
The person I spoke to told me I'm not alone and most of us One Account customer have had the same issues. I asked about how to complain I was told I would be added to the list!
Basically you have to set your own virtual posts up again. Also add a minus account of the amount of mortgage you owe and manually pay into this every month as the automatic transfer facility isn't available. 
Fortunately my mortgage is completely off set and they are paying me interest,  however the remaining balance shows up in your overall virtual e account. 
I only have 8 months to finish. I'm actually going to transfer all my outgoings and payments to another bank account and just leave enough to cover the mortgage outstanding. Which i will get bavk at the end of the term.
It's been a nightmare with no support you have to ask how to use the new system.
