Toasty Homes? Old oil heating system needs replaced.

Reading the gov info sheet I find it confusing…in the Toasty Homes scheme it says…
if your income for a couple is less than £50k
if your oil boiler is older than 15 years
you should be eligible for 60% grant towards a new oil heating system (condenser or whatever)
have I read that right, any heating experts on here? Anyone availed themselves of the grant?
