Debts and mortgage

Hi All,

would appreciate advice on the below
currently have large loans (unsecured) now can’t afford them due to health issues for both myself and partner.
we have managed to ensure our mortgage is payed to NatWest, however our large loans are with NatWest also, they are not secured to the house, if we continue to not make the payments can they take our home away because of the loans ? Or will it just default and end up at a debt collection agency?
Thank you

If they are not secured then no your house is not at risk. Even if Nat West take you to court (unlikely) you will not be forced to sell if your income is insufficient to cover repayments.
