Hi ,
My OH suffers from a bad back and uses these , http://www.mypharmacy.co.uk/health_products/products/t/thermacare/thermacare_back_wraps.htm
but they cost £5.99 for 2 ! Any idea where I can get something like this that is reusable as it is costing us a small fortune each month on these
Thanks , Natalie

Hi
you can by a warming pad from argos or boots http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1055847&classificationid=1046442 I haven't tried it but this is the kind of thing you are looking for I think.
Actually I used to use the pads you currently use but I started seeing an osteopath and I think that is far more effective, I have a long term problem but it has helped me regain a large part of my life0 -
They had some of those bags that contain lavendar and wheat that you put in the microwave again and again 2 for £5 in The Works. Other posters have said that they do these or similar in pound shops too, but haven't seen them myself. I'm sure the other day that I saw a pad that goes against the back of a chair in Woolworths, it was either a massaging pad or a heat pad, wasn't really paying too much attention though, might be worth a look on their website. If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................
Why practice!:T0
