For those of you who are with consumer pulse there is currently a problem with the update of the points on their system
Apparently they are trying to sort out the problem with their programmers - even though the system shows you have point you may not have enough point to redeem etc fromm the past couple of days

This problem has been going on for months. They are always trying to sort it with their programmers. If you call them though they should order a voucher for you.0

it relates to my account with them which shows i have 31000 points but when i goto the rewards section it only shows 28000 even though they state that their system update in 24 hours
hence i am looking for £30 vouchers which i should be able to order by now
i did speak to them by phone anyway0 -
seeing this post reminded me i needed to fill out my shopping basket, i did so and was awarded my points straight away, also checked my account and the same balance shows there too, must have sorted the problem now as last week it did not add my points on properly, lets hope this is now sorted as its a pain when you want to order vouchers ( last month i wanted to order £50 of vouchers but because my balance in my account was different to that of the homepage i couldnt and had to order £40 one day and then the other £10 a few days later, which was a bit of a pain)A freebie a day sends a smile my way!

doesnt seem to be sorted properly yet just tried to order a £10 voucher from the points i accumalated 2 days ago but said insufficient points when i tried to order voucher i will try again tomorrow or phone2010/2011 wins worth £8500
2012/2013 wins worth £5400
2014/2015 wins £6300
2016/2017 wins worth £31000 -
i did call them this morning and they stated that their server based in germany was rebooted this morning - so they say that the issues should be resolved by the end of today friday and the proper points should be available weekend/monday morning -
if not by monday morning latest then call them on the 0500 774445 and speak to emma and they will arrange for the vouchers to be manual sent out to you0 -
Am fed up with Consumer Pulse today. My mum ordered £20 of vouchers on the 10th Dec. I chased them today only to be told that as I didn't chase them within 10 days then it is tough and they cannot send new ones. I appreciate this must be in their terms and conditions but its still very annoying!!!!!!!!!
Oh, and our points balance is not right either!!!!!!!!!!!

hello, i just logged on to check my statement and managed to ordered 2 x £10 high street vouchers, so maybe the site is a bit random at the moment, maybe as you tried earlier in the day it was busy and their server couldnt handle it or something, hope you manage to order your vouchers soon, good luck!!!A freebie a day sends a smile my way!
