Historic data for RPI and CPI

As these figures are used for calculating increases in pensions, benefits etc where is the best place to look to find this information?

I am particularly interested in RPI and CPI figures showing inflation over the 12 months to September for the last 5 years.

I had already looked on there but could not seem to work out how to find exactly what I was looking for from the site.

I can see the 12 months CPI for September 2024 is 1.7% but not sure how to go further back or see RPI.

I don't know why you can't find it. The official gov.uk site has values for the RPI, CPI and CPIH indices (among others) plus their annualised equivalents.

For example the very first item takes you to the CPI annual rate table:
