As the title suggests, anyone know what the cheapest SIM is which will not charge for the call?

Cheapest is probably something like a free SIM from Asda mobile + £4 Talk & Text monthly plan

My Asda sim only monthly contract is £5
Unlimited calls and texts plus 3GB data and wifi calling
I have been using this for over a year and it didn’t go up in April1 -
My Smarty SIM is £5 a month..1

Asda PAYG sim only, calls and text unlimited but no data - 4 quid a month, no contract can chose to auto renew1
