Debt Relief Order £90 fee refund due for some

Anyone who was thinking of taking a DRO (debt relief order) and who paid their £90 fee, but did not submit their application in the end, is now due a refund of the fee they paid.
This applies from 2016 onwards, the fee has recently been abolished to make it easier for those in debt to get help. See the link below for more information:
