Ebike battery maintenance

I bought an ebike 3 months ago (ADO Air 20 Pro), which I haven't used much yet. Next week I'm getting a total knee replacement, which means I won't be able to ride the bike for quite some time, and I wondered what I should do to ensure the battery remains in good condition while it's unused?

Good find (the printed manual that came with the bike is pretty hopeless), thanks for that, I'll go for >60% charge.
