Many moons ago I was a DFW and did really well for a while but then life drastically changed but I find myself here again but in very different circumstances.
I am in my fifties, happily single with a variety of pets. My debt isn't huge (about £2300) but I am unable to work so finances are limited. I do get frustrated with myself as seem to be incapable of paying stuff off and need to get back into the zone for my own sanity! I have also discovered that you can suffer from "financial trauma" which may, in part, explain why money is so destructive for me.
Having a diary here helped last time so here I am. Looking forward to getting to know people along the way.

When life changes it's always a good time to reflect and see what additional changes we can make in our lives.

Wishing you success. Are you a homeowner or do rent? How do you receive your income? Maybe a SOA would also encourage others to offer useful suggestions.Saving To Keep Ahead Of The Game — MoneySavingExpert Forum
