HMRC Property Alerts

A few years ago my now-ex wife & I signed up for property alerts against a house we jointly owned. I bought her out during the separation and now own the house outright.
I'm planning to remortgage the property for some home renovations, and as annoying as it is, know that she will find out thanks to the property alerts. My question is, will she also find out how much I'm taking out?
I know property alerts are there to prevent fraud, but there is also a loss of privacy. I really don't want a random person (or ex) know in detail how much I owe on my home.

Was the registration updated when you bought the house outright? If not you can do that now before remortgaging.0

I can have a property alert on your house, there isn't a thing you can do about it, its Land Registry property alert."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

Won't it just show a charge for whoever you mortgage with? It doesn't record details except sold prices.Officially in a clique of idiots0

To be clear, it's the land registry which is itself public, anybody can look up the details with or without a property alert to prompt them about a transaction occurring. But I wouldn't expect the legal charge to give any clues about the amount.0

It was a very basic message and simply a warning that something had occurred on the register.
Update - I've just checked the email from the Land Registry and it simply confirms the property address, the name of the solicitor involved and details of what to do if someone is wrong. No financial details are in my email but we didn't have a mortgage or similar on it.0 -
