Charging orders 2008

Hi, i have 2 charging orders on my property from 2008. 2 different Courts (Newcastle and Bradford) 
I want to remortgage but now they are still sitting on Land Registry,i have literally for 4 months been trying to clear them by paying them. 
Getting no where fast. 3 solicitors i have tried to get are "too busy" so i decided to sort on my own. Sent letters and emails to Cabot/Mortimer Clarke,they responded saying would be back in touch in 14 days (twice) that was in March. Other is CL Finance which is drawing a complete blank. I have spoken to Northampton Business Centre who when i gave claim numbers from original charging orders could not find them. Advised me to email Charging.orders.CNBC which i did a month ago and after initial automated response i have heard nothing.
So frustrated with what seems like red tape. Just want to clear them,get them off register and move on. 
Anyone able to help or advise.
Also spoken to Debthelp,citizens advice and no further forward from them either.

Removing charging orders relies on an application form plus supporting evidence so there's not much more we can usefully add as you are trying to secure the supporting evidence - Charging orders (PG76) - GOV.UK
The linked thread that sourcrates has provided is still worth using to see if eggbox can offer some advice as to what options exist based on the specific details you share re the creditors etc
