Leasehold Management pack

I started process to buy ground floor lease hold flat off mum December 24 

Everything is done searches etc 

we are just waiting on management pack from Management agency (EWS) which was requested from mums solicitor around 14th April.. they have been chasing it every few days a week since then still no update on when we will get it! 

Is there anything I can do to speed it up getting it?

Mortgage offer been extending to 2nd July hope we can make it

Why was it only requested in April? Seems very late

I don’t know why it was requested then… but we are still waiting for it! 

NatWest are refusing to let me complete till My solicitor has reviewed it throughly & reported it back to them! If worst case we get to 2nd July and mortgage offer runs out NatWest will only allow to me to reapply if they have proof the management pack is in solicitors hands or they will pull the plug & reject my mortgage application.

Update:

Management pack ordered £426 will take up to 15 days to sort

should be able to complete before July 2nd
