I started process to buy ground floor lease hold flat off mum December 24

Everything is done searches etc

we are just waiting on management pack from Management agency (EWS) which was requested from mums solicitor around 14th April.. they have been chasing it every few days a week since then still no update on when we will get it!

Is there anything I can do to speed it up getting it?

Mortgage offer been extending to 2nd July hope we can make it
