Enforceable?! Link

I've had another look and neither say the credit limit or the amount paid or breakdown payments and interest rates.
Both are fronted with a page from link saying the account t is now enforceable but both have a 2nd page from link with the amount left owing saying...
Your account has been terminated... the current balance is.... thus becomes payable immediately.
Does this mean they will sell on and have closed it like the original creditors?
Confusing as the front page says we are pleased to say it is now enforceable.and payable.
For speed im tempted to email the link complaints email address and say that you haven't yet supplied the cca in terms of interest rates, amount taken out etc and haven't supplied a statement of accounts per sections 77-79 and my cca request and will therefore not pay until these are recieved -
Would this be ok do you think as still in my mind in writing? When I compare the link ones to the natwest and hsbc ones so much seems to have been omitted and just seems to be a lot of generic photocopied sheets.
Would like to send emails - is there a reason why letters would be better?
Thanks all

Here is the second page to both and the only letter with both mentioning the balance, just the current one- not what was taken out or paid along the way.
Does this letter mean they are selling it on do you think? Thanks0 -
Try not to read too much into what they have said here, this whole thing was probably cobbled together by some 17 year old office junior following a generic script, you would just not believe the level of stupidity that exists within these organisations, the fact they get anything right is an utter miracle.
In my experience debt purchasing companies don`t re-sell the accounts they buy, they buy in bulk, many 1000`s of accounts at a time, they won`t off-load single accounts as there`s no money in it for them, 12p in the £ is the average selling price for such debts.
The letter simply says they now believe the debt is enforceable, and the outstanding balance remains due, nothing more than that.
Of course you disagree on that point, I always think it best to respond in a letter, it has more clout, and is much more formal, and is much more appropriate than an email.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thankyou I will send letters recorded to say thankyounfoe your letter but I have not received the financial information for the accounts or a statement of account/statements as requested per the act and will resume payments on receipt of these.
I think I may send 1 letter re both accounts.
Nervous as I won't be paying and one is defaulted but I'm reality comparingntheir letters to other responses I don't think they are compliant.
Will see how this goes.
Thanks again0
