Costco returns without receipt

in Shop but don't drop
Does anyone know if Costco can track a purchase I made over six months ago as I want to return a faulty item I purchased but I don't have the paper receipt.

    That I can see for myself? I thought the only orders there were online orders?

    Sorry didn’t make it clear .. when you speak to customer service in the warehouse they can see past purchases on the system.

    Yeah I've returned stuff before with no receipt, they'll look it up via your membership card.
