OK thanks, I feel I have enough 'proof' re the valuation and the size. I have only made one appeal. But after submitting the info in the appeal, they have now come back to simply say it is out of time. Which they did not say initially.
So after spending all the time submitting their own info to me and 're-measuring', it seems like a get of of jail card to reply on the out of time line.
Will I be able to get them to acknowledge their info is so wrong?
I'll look for the thread you mention on the board.
