Stakeholder Pension transfer

Hello all, thanks for reading this,  I've got a stakeholder pension worth around £100k, I'd like to transfer it to a flexible pension where I won't get charged 3% foir taking the tax free drawdown and can set how much I recieve each month after. My intention is to transfer it in October 2025 and leave it there for a year.

Any typical DIY pension provider should be able to do that for you.

Do you have a question? Sounds as if you've got your plan sorted out.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

Any modern personal pension contract should do the trick. Have a look at https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/cheap-sipps/

Stakeholder pensions don't have a 3% charge for taking flexible benefits.   However, most stakeholder don't support flexible benefits other then UFPLS.

Most modern pensions offer this functionality.

Before you commence drawing your pension, you might find it helpful to take a Pensionwise  appointment.
