Affordability complaints?

The hsbc loan was for 7k in 2017, I then got a consolidation one of 18k in 2018.
It paid that one, the cc and the OD off.
Would they count as 2 different loans?
Would the 2017 or 2018 one be too long ago to ask about? The 2017 was paid off with the 2nd one. The 2nd one still ongoing, paid back 12k so far thanks

That is over 6 years ago so for the FOS to look into it your would have to convince them that you only became aware thst you could complain in the last three years, that might not be easy or even possible. They looked into one of mine that was over 6 years old, as i had raised a few other complaints with them less than yeara beforehand they said it was reasonable to think that I'd only become aware that I could complain in the last three years.Winkflower said:Would the 2017 or 2018 one be too long ago to ask about?
I wouldn't build your hopes up but you might as well give it a go. Worst case it gets rejected and you've lost 10 minutes of your time.1
