PRA Credit agreement received

Hi all,
I have a long term debt from 2016 originally with Halifax and PRA purchased this in December 2023.
In February 2024, I rejected the credit agreement which they prompted provided a scanned bank copy, disheartened I continued to pay the debt down every month disgruntled knowing the paid pennies to the pound for the debt.
The debt fell off my credit file sometime ago.
I was looking through my emails and I think I may have a case as to why this is not enforceable, nor did PRA confirm this at the time, an oversight on my behalf.
See page 2 of the scanned bank copy the sent me.

So maybe I am being silly and I'm willing to take that embarrassment from someone that knows, but as you can see there is no signature of mine on there, it states password will act as electronic signature but as you can see, its not there.
I would like PRA to provide the following:
Am I being an idiot?
For context, I offered them £500 full and final settlement previously some months ago stating it would be gifted from a family member to close the account, to which they replied £4000. I have paid £1400 in total to them and there is £5100 still outstanding.
Thanks for your time reading and also patience.

I would like PRA to provide the following:
1. Evidence of the method used to capture my electronic signature (e.g., password submission log, IP address, timestamp, confirmation screen)
2. A full audit trail or digital certificate validating that I signed the agreement electronically
I suspect they cannot provide this and therefore cannot verify that the agreement was correctly executed, obviously they can go back to Halifax but I suspect that would be a dead end too.Am I being an idiot?

They don't need to show a signature on an agreement for the purposes of s77-9
CONC 13

But nothing to stop you having an argument and making a settlement offer

A signature is not required on a copy agreement in order to prove its validity, I agree it could be a starting point for a settlement offer though.
