If you pay for your energy bills by monthly Direct Debit, your provider could be sitting on hundreds of pounds of your money. Now's a good time to check and ask for it back - you should have minimum credit at this time of year. So, we want to know whether you're in credit on your energy account.

I deliberately stay in credit with Octopus as they are very good at giving any credit back.  I pay more than I need to by DD as I get the 2% cashback from Santander 123 Lite and then ask Octopus for £500 back every time the credit gets above £600.  Easy peasy cash from the DD - much better than putting the money in a savings account.
