TransPennine Express

• One winner will be chosen at random after the closing date and will be notified by direct message within seven days of the closing date.
• The winner will be asked to provide address details when they are contacted in order to claim their prize.
• There is one prize consisting of a pair of Standard Class tickets to travel to Oxenholme Lake District from anywhere on the TransPennine Express network plus an overnight stay at The Lamplighter Rooms, Windermere.
• The prize needs to be booked in advance and is subject to availability. The prize draw closes on 20th June 2025 and the winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the closing date.
• The giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except employees and their immediate families of TransPennine Trains Limited or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway.
• Entry into the giveaway is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• TransPennine Trains Limited accept no liability for lost, uncomplete or illegible entries.

• This ticket entitles the bearer and up to one other person complimentary unlimited train travel for the day on the date specified.
• All persons using this ticket must travel together for the entire journey. 
• This ticket is valid on Northern services only and is non-transferable. 
• Issued subject to National Rail Conditions of Travel.
• It must be produced on demand to any authorised person.
• The ticket must be used before 30 April 2026.

The Lamplighter Rooms

• Two guests for a one night stay including dinner. 
• At least one of the guests be over the age of 18years old with the offer valid for a period of one year and excludes bank holidays and school holidays and is subject to availability on your suggested dates. 
• Please note that we would ask for a minimum of a two night stay on a Saturday evening and for the offer to be validated, an additional nights stay would have to be purchased at the best available rate.

Windermere Lake Cruises

• The winner will receive 2 x Freedom of the Lake Tickets.
• The cruise tickets will not be valid on Christmas Day when the attraction is closed.

Zip World Windermere

• Passes are non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative.
