I've recently tried to redeem 55000 points on Toluna but nearly 2 weeks later it's still showing as processing ?
I'm not sure it normally takes this long but I could be wrong ?

Well at least they have not voided your account under guise of breach of their Terms and Conditions
Did that to me a week or so ago and refused to tell me what I have done wrong
Took my 100,000 + reward points
Only found out when contacting them as I could not log into their App
My investigations show they have done this to a few. "Members" of late0 -
