I'm in a similar situation with Cabot. I've been paying my agreed amount for over 6 years but they're now constantly writing and calling for a review. I am managing with what I'm paying and on paper, my circumstances look improved, although my future finances are currently uncertain so it scares me that they may demand more & so I'm avoiding them. The latest letter states that they'll send a representative to my home because I haven't responded. There was no CCA because I agreed the amount before any court action.

OK More  details please, how much is outstanding o the debt? What is it, credit card, loan? Do you have any more debts, why do you say there  was no CCA?
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.

Just email them and say nothing has changed, very easy to do, it will stop them sending their "representative" and keep them quiet.

What do you mean by this, as it makes no sense?
