A little more contest for the uninitiated would help.  I have never heard of SigEnergy Sigenstore and I have no idea what it is.

I have seen various people pumping on social media, apparently they have a V2X inverter that although not officially, has been shown to support a whole bunch of different CCS vehicles.
    I think....

Sigenergy get a mention as a potential future CCS V2G charger option in this article from Australia:
Interestingly, there's also mention of a bidirectional Zappi that's under development. Considering how popular myenergi are on this forum, that might be something to look forward to?

They are getting a lot of love on various social media (YouTube channels) from installers. They particularly like the modular nature of the battery stack, which clearly makes them physically easier to install than a Tesla (which weighs in at around 130kg).
I wonder how much of the recent push is related to people not wanting to buy Tesla products at present given the brand's recent implosion, but looks like a good alternative to a Tesla PW3. Ideal opportunity to fill the void.
How does the installed price compare to a PW3?

    Agreed.

The installer network is very mafia like in its operation these days, incentivized heavily by the Chinese brands. Anyone who says anything against Aiko or Fox or Sigenergy is instantly branded a PV Heathen and attacked. Heavens forbid, should you publish a YouTube video speaking negatively about these brands, first come the takedown requests and if you survive those, then come the threats of legal action. . .

Prices are similar to the PW3 but the drawbacks vs. the PW3 are well highlighted by the video above. In addition, and perhaps more relevant to the UK is the lack of access to Intelligent Flux tariff.

  • Can I just give a shout out to Screwdriva - I was stuck in a fog of so much advice and so many quotes - and he was just brilliant after I did a DM to him on what options would be best for us to consider and also he gave us a recommendation for a company who were great in their work and pricing

I'm already loving that I am only paying for my standing charge and just waiting for my sell back to the grid
