Hey, we would like to know anyone experience when putting a mortgage application with NatWest.
FTB with 10%. Joint applicant on perm salaries totally combined income of £105k
DIP issued on 6/05/25
FMA submitted on 8/5/25
Valuation on the 14/05/25
Any feedback would be appreciated.

It's quite likely you're approved within two weeks but it depends a little based on the current workload. I'd be shocked if your mortgage wasn't approved by the end of May.0
