Wrong Amount Credited

I topped up my NI contributions with just under £6k to purchase 7 years. When I checked my account after 5th April, only 4 and a bit years and £3.5k had been credited.
I have requested a callback and received this text message,
"DWP have received your request to call you to discuss paying voluntary National Insurance contributions. You do not need to contact us. If you submitted your request by the 5 April 2025 deadline, you will still be able to pay voluntary National Insurance contributions".

Do you think I should still wait for a callback or try at 8am some morning? 🤞

I think you should write to your MP and ask them to sort out the problem.

Is there any urgency, i.e. are you nearly at state pension age?

Decided to check my Pension Forecast today and, lo and behold, it appears the correct amounts have been applied to missing years!
All looking good.
Never received any call back
