CCJ Consent Order from 5 years ago.

I have a CCJ from a £299 parking ticket in issued on 20/05/2021. I settled this CCJ in 2022 after a dispute process. I won't get into the details of the dispute but it was quite unfair in my opinion...
During my house search, I realised my CCJ was marked unsettled. However this was wrong. I reached out to the claimant in 2024 and asked them to update the courts which they did - 2 years later in 2024!!
Having this marked as unsettled was clearly impacting my credit score.
I emailed the claimant with the details of the dispute from back when I got it and also told them I felt it was unfair it took them so long to update the courts of the CCJ status.
In return, they sent me a signed consent order.
Yes, this will drop off in a little over a year but, I want it off now as it's causing issues with credit. I earn a good income and have no debts.
Is there any point in me sending this consent order into the courts or am I wasting my time given the time frames?
Claimant is ce-service (Parking company).

What a shame you paid it.
The 'parking fines' sub-board where I post regularly would have helped you get that CCJ wiped (set aside completely) and your fees would likely have been ordered by the judge to be refunded by CEL.
And you'd never have paid the PCN either.
Too late for that now.
I think sending in a Consent Order will still cost you a £129 court fee which you won't be able to get back, and there's no guarantee that the court will accept CEL's typically crap wording as sufficient 'good reason' to set aside the CCJ. Personally I'd leave it alone.
Next time, ask on the parking tickets board as this would have been a cinch to wipe out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
