TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR “MARVEL STUDIO’S THUNDERBOLTS* x KISS ON-AIR” WEEKLY FEATURE 06 (the “Competition”).

 

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

 

 

 

1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS

Entries are restricted to one (1) entry per person.

2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

There will be one (1) winner of the Competition who will win one (1) of the prizes listed in section 5. The Prize.

 

All valid entries who answer the online question correctly on the relevant websites (see 1. Entry Routes and costs) will be pooled and an entrant will be chosen by electronic random draw by 2pm on Friday 9thMay 2025.

 

If the entrant fails to answer their phone between 2pm – 3pm on Friday 9th May 2025, KISS production team may redraw until an entrant answers their phone and is willing to play the game on-air. Only after being told they’ll be brought to air by the producer, will the entrant be deemed a successful entrant.

 

The successful entrant will then be contacted and invited to join our talent on-air to play a spin the wheel game. In order to spin the wheel, the successful entrant must reconfirm their answer to the question that was listed on the creative page during entry. If they get it wrong, a new entrant may be contacted to play instead.

 

If they answer correctly, the presenter will spin the Thunderbolts* wheel of prizes and the successful entrant will be deemed a winner and will win whichever prize the wheel lands on during the execution.

 

3. ENTRY PERIOD

Entries must be submitted during the following entry period: 

 

From Wednesday 7th May 2025 at 00:01 AM until Friday  9th May 2025 at 2:00 PM

·               We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms.
